1. Outline anything that you have done over the holidays in relation to your business.
I have not done anything but my sister cooked brownies so I can take inspiration from her.
2. What has been your biggest challenge in creating your business? Why?
The biggest challenge in preparing our business was probably the business proposal and
food application because there were many questions to answer.

3. What has surprised you the most about the process of creating a business? Why?
I was surprised that you needed to do an online course to be allowed to sell food

4. Describe your current advertising strategy.

Our advertising strategy is word of mouth and posters

5. Do you think you have priced your products/services appropriately? How do you know?
What changes could you make?
I am not sure if we have I think that we may have overpriced them slightly but if no one is
buying we can lower the prices.

6. In what ways is your business environmentally sustainable? How could you improve this
aspect of your business?
We will package our brownie in recyclable paper bags.
