My name is Justin F. Sancho. I’m a graduate of Certificate in Office Administration from

Pateros Technological College.I had no experience.but I am the responsible person when it
comes to organizing documents and I have the ability to produce different documents. I can
announce the process of hiring new employees at the company that even I'm a newcomer
without experience I can assist in drafting memorandum and prepares initial incident report or
notice to explain letter for disciplinary actions based on the company policy.I am very good
communicating in english both oral and written communication skills .I still consider myself to be
making a lot of mistakes before I learn at work.
