I'm writing in response to your advertisement for a Nutritionist. My name is Asyshifa Ayu and I'm a
Registered Nutritionist, graduated from Health Polytechnic of Jakarta II. I have had this job on
professional placement at Ciawi Hospital and I believe I am the person you need for your new role.

My work involves managing the provision of food to patients in nutrition facilities. Begin with receiving
the food ingredients, storing the food ingredients, preparing, processing, setting up the finished food
according to each patient's dietary requirement, and weighing the patient's leftover food. In addition, I
provide standard nutritional care for Class II and Class III patients with infectious and non-communicable
diseases.

I am passionate about food and health, providing healthy and tasty food according to the customer's
needs. I am also persevering and excited in creating modified foods for the needs of the market, the
needs of patients, as a step to support the progress of the business and develop professionally and
personally.
