Information: What Do You Mean ?

1. What is a triad of energy?

The article states that information is as fundamental as matter and energy in the fabric of reality. To
start with, Matter is anything that occupies space, meaning this can be either solid, liquid, gas, living
things, or non-living things (e.g., by transforming raw materials into finished products). In addition,
energy is the ability to do work or transfer heat, and this includes the energy we need to do work and
the fuel and electricity to operate machines and heat buildings). Furthermore, information is data that
is processed to be useful; provides answers (e.g., messages, personal records, and data). The
information given implies that information, energy, and matter are three different and distinct things.
Nonetheless, one will not exist without the other.

2. What is absolute information? How is absolute information related to quantum

information?

Quantum information is an interdisciplinary topic that aims to understand how quantum

mechanics principles might be used to analyze, process, and transmit data. It merges the
fields of information science and physics' quantum effects. Researchers are using quantum
physical science to transport data between particles isolated in space. According to the paper,
quantum information is described as absolute. Something that exists independently or
information that is free of meaning in principle, and it was hypothesized that matter can be
produced, condensed, or manufactured using such abstract information.

3. How does information evolve?

The article states that "the evolution of our universe is a dynamic flow of unfolding information and
the creation of new information." The term information is visible in every different context, like how
the article states that the meaning of information may differ depending on what we mean by it. An
example of this is through biological, where information is gathered through a person's brain.
Furthermore, information can also be through physical things such as data, messages through phones,
etc. In conclusion, information is infinite, and it evolves just like how society and humans do.

4. Give two fundamental character of information and explain each.

- An agent - It is term used to describe an entity that interacts with its surroundings. An
agent can be in any form such as human, technologies, computer program, society etc.
- Information - Anything that an agent may sense, identify, observe, perceive, understand,
or predict is considered information.

5. Give the nine phases of information and describe each.

● The phrase instance of information

- The term "instance of information" refers to the representation of information such as
its identity, structure, or significance, which enables us to differentiate instances of
data that happen to have the same pattern.

● A holder of information
- It is the bearer of information which can be in different forms within different
situations or instances.
● A piece of information is a particular fact about a thing's identity or properties, i.e., a
portion of its instance.

● A pattern of information
- is an instance's or piece of information's pattern or substance. Many different pieces
of data may have the same format. We can argue that such components are fully
associated or that they may be identical duplicates of each other, as in book copies.

● An embodiment of information
- An element whose essence is a certain instance of data is referred to as an
embodiment of information.

● A representation of information
- An encoding of some pattern of information within another pattern or instance is
referred to as an information representation.

● An interpretation of information
- is a decoding of a pattern of information as being a representation of another specific
pattern or fact.

● A subject of information
- It is the context or the subject matter that is being identified or described within the
given information.

● An amount of information
- Is the quantity or the size of how much information is given.
