SUBJECT : Reminder on Reducing Noise Levels When Leaving the Office

We have received complaints from the neighborhood regarding the loud noise produced
by motorcycles leaving the office premises, particularly during the late-night shift change
at 11:30 PM. We would like to remind all employees who use motorcycles to be
considerate of the surrounding community and take the necessary steps to reduce the
noise level when leaving the office.

To minimize the noise, we suggest that you accelerate slowly and avoid revving the
engine unnecessarily. We also encourage you to ensure that your motorcycle is in good
condition and maintained regularly to avoid producing excessive noise.

We understand the importance of ensuring your safety while traveling to and from work,
but we also recognize the impact that our actions can have on the community. We hope
that you will join us in making a conscious effort to minimize the noise level and be good
neighbors.
