How is the polarity of molecules seen in our everyday living?

> Water's polarity allows it to dissolve other polar substances very easily. ... Wherever water goes, it carries
dissolved chemicals, minerals, and nutrients that are used to support living things. Because of their polarity, water
molecules are strongly attracted to one another, which gives water a high surface tension.

Does knowing about polarity have advantages?

of tungsten inclusion and low reinforcement. Better choice for welding metals with high melting point, such as
titanium, stainless steel, etc.

Give examples of how the knowledge about polarity of molecules and its properties are beneficial in our day-to-day
life.

other mixtures. For example, egg yolks are polar and can be used as an emulsifying agent to combine nonpolar
ingredients like oil and vinegar in mayonnaise.
