Year 13 English

Students are to use this period to continue with their rehearsals for assessment two, which is
due next week. The students are already in two organized groups, one is led by Alofau and the
other by Francine and Marie.

Year 13 History

Please inform the students that their homework will be collected tomorrow.

For today, they have to write an essay on the following topic:

Analyse how Germany sought to protect itself from its enemies, in the 1870s and 1880s.
Provide specific examples to support your answer.

There is also an additional homework task, due on Thursday as well:

Find the names of the three Emperors who represented their countries in the
Dreikaiserbund.

Year 10 Academic English

Students are to write, on a sheet of paper, topic sentences and supporting sentences for the
following topics:

1. My favourite movie
2. My favourite sport
3. Why young people love computer games
4. The best way to make new friends…

At the end of this period, the papers can be collected. I will uplift them on Thursday. Please
inform those whose books are on my table that I will personally return them tomorrow.
