1. Which company owns the system? Provide the name of the system
and the screenshot of its home page/dashboard.

The company owner of this systems is the Mustard.seed Systems

Corporation, and the system name is the SAP Business One.

2. lEnumerate five (5) modules available for this system excluding

Home/Dashboard. Describe the specific function of each module.
● Financials - SAP Business One Financials Management supports
multicurrency transactions as well as automatic tax calculations.

● Sales Opportunities - SAP Business One's sales opportunities module

allows you to generate a sales opportunity immediately after it has been
identified.

● Sales A/R - From preparing quotations for customers and interested parties
to billing, creating document drafts, and printing, this module covers the full
sales process
 ● Purchasing A/P - It is used to update the inventory quantities and values.

● Business Partners - A SAP Business Partner is a person, organization,

group of people, or organization with whom a corporation has a business
relationship.

3. Cite five (5) widgets that can be found in Home/Dashboard.

4. Can additional widgets be added to Home/Dashboard? What are

those?
Yes, we can add widgets to an advance dashboard, the Pervasive Dashboards
and Key Performance Indicators.

5. Which module do you find the most important? Why?

The most important module for me is the financials because it supplies a set of
tools to help us run to run our business more efficiently. This program can be used to
automate routine tasks such as journal entry management, tax calculation, and multi-
currency transaction support.

6. Provide recommendations to improve the system.

I will recommend to improve speed and accuracy by going paperless because

in my case using the SAP Business One for making an activity in our subject
sometimes the speed is delayed and sometimes it will crash.
