Basic Function: Lead and direct the Human Resources (HR)
department's daily operations. Responsibilities include hiring and interviewing employees, managing salary, benefits, and leave, and enforcing business regulations and procedures.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Supporting employee
opportunities for professional development, Managing succession planning off staff, Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements, Onboarding newcomers to the company

Job Specifications: The Human Resource Manager will lead
and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. 3.
Position Title: Service Crew
Reports to: Manager
Basic Function: Customer Service, Food Preparation and
Cleanliness and Hygiene.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: The Service Crew is
responsible for presenting menus to patrons. He/She takes orders and answers questions on meal items. He/She makes recommendations and serves food/beverages to customers. He/She prepares the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes. He/She performs cashiering duties. He/She may also be required to prepare the food.
