1) What do you know about recruitment selection?

- Recruitment selection is the process of hiring new employees

in an organization. Recruitment involves getting the job

description in front of potential candidates. Selection is

choosing the strongest candidate who left after the interview

conducted by an HR manager. There are two types of hiring

process which is internal and external. Internal is the hiring

process conducted within the organization and external is the

hiring process conducted outside the company such as sharing

advertisement of the job vacancy to encourage others to join

the work.

2) As an employee, what are your motivation factor to sustain in a

company (what make you to work in a company for long-term)

(3 points and explain).

- As an employee, my motivation factor to stay in a company is

career growth. Career growth is important because helps you

reach your full potential. Besides, it can provide opportunities.

The opportunities an employee can gain are skills. Developing

skills is an opportunity for us to use in other organizations or

projects to have a successful life and achieve our goals. Last but

not least, the working environment is very vital in every

employee's life. It is because the working environment can have

a positive impact and a negative impact. Most of the employees

would like to work in a positive work environment. For example,

being valued, respected, and supported also included in a

positive environment provides employees keep motivation to

work for the company.

3) What are the rewards you would like to gain when you are

working in a company? (3 points and explain)

- The reward I would like to gain when I work in a company is a

pension. Pension is very important because pension helps to

maintain the standard of living in retirement or any incidents

that happen during your services. Besides, the company should

give small gifts to employees to keep them motivated and

encourage them. Such as providing free trips for employees

including for family members. Last but not least, the company

can arrange dinner with employees to express thanks. By doing

this, the company's productivity will increase due to employees

stay motivated by providing these rewards.

4) How to recruit and retain talented employees. (3 points)

- The way to recruit and retain talented employees is attractive

job postings. Secondly, competitive compensation. Thirdly,

opportunities for career growth.

5) In your opinion, what are the benefit of hiring talented

employee. (3 points)

- In my opinion, the benefit of hiring talented employees can

help the company's productivity increase. This is because

talented employees are often highly skilled and keep motivated

to accomplish their work on time. From this act, they can

produce high-quality work efficiently which leads to increased

productivity. Secondly, enhanced team collaboration. A

supportive work environment can inspire other employee

performance in the workplace. Last but not least, customer

satisfaction. Every company's goal is to fulfill customers' needs

to provide customer satisfaction feelings. Every customer is

willing to have high-performing employees to solve their

problems. For example, customer service. In customer service,

customers normally ask for the manager to deal with their

issue.
