Since this is an outgoing call, it's typical to irritate


the customer by contacting them at random and proposing insurance,
for example. They will undoubtedly become irate, but this is how I handle it.
I am always patient and empathetic. I hear their reasons for not being interested
in our services, but I also demonstrate to them that my goal is to find the most
affordable rates with adequate coverage and benefits to help them save money.
I then dispute their claims utilizing our health rebuttals.
I respond to their objections by explaining that we have the top health
insurance providers across the country.

Despite my ongoing contributions to the firm's success, I'd prefer
to continue working there as long as the company wants me to. I don't
see any reason why I shouldn't stay with your firm for as long as I can
find new methods to positively affect it if I'm actively having a positive
impact on the business and our clientele.

applied to many BPO businesses at the time, some of which rejected me,
but this did not dissuade me from pursuing my dream to work in the BPO;
I tried again and again and tried. and now trying once more.
