principles of Islam.

of recent judicial pronouncements.
7. Explain the relevant provisions of maintenance of Muslim divorced woman. Elaborate answer with the
help of case laws.
8. What is dower ? Give detail account of kinds of dower.
9. Explain the grounds of divorce to a Muslim married woman under Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act,
1939.
10. Write down the conditions of a valid will under Muslim Law.
11. Write down the salient features of Muslim Law of Succession.
