I hope this message finds you well?
 
I have very good news, as I heard back from my colleague who would be
available to deliver sessions for the Egyptian Women Abroad Program.
 
She is proposing the three following modules (delivered twice a day for the two
groups) on the dates indicated by you:
 
1. Sunday 11 December: Authenticity and Adaptability: Mindsets to lead
yourself
1a. 2.00 – 5.00 and 1b. 6 – 9.00 Cairo Time / 1a. 1.00 – 4.00 and 1b.
5.00 – 8.00 CET
 
Social identity model, mapping and sharing in pairs
Dilemmas women face: Mental models that hold us back and drive
us forward,  
Taking on the next challenge – an insight into vertical development
 
2. Tuesday 13th December: Expanding your influence
2a. 2.00 – 5.00 and 2b. 6 – 9.00 Cairo Time / 2a. 1.00 – 4.00 and 2b.
5.00 – 8.00 CET
 
Who do you seek to influence and why?
Influence Style Indicator (assessment ahead of time) – your

A plan to effectively influence and build your network
 
3. Thursday 15th December: Resilience, Presence and Confidence
3a. 2.00 – 5.00 and 3b. 6 – 9.00 Cairo Time / 3a. 1.00 – 4.00 and 3b.

Stress and the Mind-Body connection
Leadership Embodiment practices
A plan for your ongoing resilience and wellbeing
 
The budget for the totality would be 9’000 Swiss Francs plus a leadership test
for all the participants (optional) for 1’325 Swiss Francs. Should you go for the
full offer it would be 10’325 CHF in total.
 
Should you be interested in this GCSP offer we will then work on a final
project proposal.

As promised, kindly please find below all relevant data regarding the
Egyptian Women Abroad Program (EWAP):

Relevant background about the Program

The Egyptian Women Abroad Program (EWAP) is the


first in a series of programs addressing Women for Leadership
topics NTA plans on offering. EWAP is the first funded
women fellowship to be offered by NTA in cooperation with the
Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and Ministry
of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs, which is
inspired by the national role of the three institutions. This
program comes in light of the direction of the political leadership
towards the empowerment of Egyptian women and equipping
them with the essential knowledge and skill sets to help them
secure their economic welfare and employability in the ever-
changing markets as well as connect and link Egyptian women
abroad to their home country Egypt.

The program is dedicated to Egyptian women living abroad who


would like to have the chance to sharpen their saws in order to
being well prepared and keeping up with the market and its
trends. EWAP will take the candidate in a holistic experience
to recharge the participants with a lot of multi-disciplinary
know-how and must-knows and will give them a great chance
to network with like-minded Egyptian women abroad.

Program Duration

The program total duration is 75 training days (225 Training


Hours).

Program Selection Criteria

· To be an Egyptian citizen

· Resident of a foreign country

· Holder of a university degree

· Age between 25 and 50 years old

· Complete and submit the program’s registration form

· To successfully pass the interview

Emotional Intelligence (6 Hours)
They are expected to start Crisis Management module today for 6
hours.
