Gantt Chart

A Gantt chart is a task management technique that assists with the scheduling and

planning of various types of projects. They are especially helpful for streamlining complicated

tasks, though. Horizontal bar charts are created using project management timelines and tasks to

display start and end dates, dependencies, scheduling, and deadlines, as well as the percentage of

a task that has been completed in each step and the work controller (Verzuh, 2021).
