International students staying overseas can apply to return to

SWPU now Voluntarily.
All students who plan to return to SWPU campus must comply with China's
COVID-19 pandemic prevention measures. The current policy is that students must
receive 7-days centralized quarantine and 3-days health monitoring at the city of
entry. When you arrive at SWPU, students need to receive another 7-days centralized
health monitoring. Only after the quarantine and health monitoring are removed can
you enter the campus. If the above COVID-19 prevention measures in China are
changed or updated, the latest regulations and measures shall be followed.
All students coming to the SWPU will bear all costs including COVID-19
prevention costs, and the cost of all the quarantine and health monitoring in China is
expected to be 500-800 yuan/day.
The students who plan to return to SWPU campus shall submit the digital
scan（PDF Format） of Attachment 2 , Attachment 3 and First Page of
Passport..The material shall be submitted and named as: Name+Student ID+
Returning Application Materials (Example: Cynthia Zhang+202100360088+
Returning Application Materials, and shall be sent to the email address before 18:00
on October 31, 2022. (Beijing Time): Zhangyimeng0909@163.com.
Please make sure the materials are submitted as required. If there are materials
required not submitted or the materials are submitted after the due time, the
returning application would be considered invalid.
