Enrolment Guidelines for First Year Graduate Students

When is the start of enrolment?

Enrolment for the Graduate Programs will start on July 20, 2020.

Requirements for Admission to the Graduate Programs:


1. Application for Admission* – 3 copies
2. 2x2 picture – 3pcs
3. Original and Photocopy of TOR
4. Original and photocopy of honorable dismissal for non MSU-IIT students or transfer
of credential
5. Concept paper*
6. Personal statement*
7. Photocopy of NSO certified birth certificate
8. Photocopy of marriage contract for married women
9. Two recommendation letters*
10. Survey for new students

What about the fees and payments?


Admission Fee of P100.00 and the enrollment assessment fee (tuition fee of 800.00 per unit and
other miscellaneous expenses) can be paid either over-the-counter at the Cashier’s Office or
through bank deposits or fund transfers to MSU-IIT LBP account (0322-1088-77). Deposit slips
must be kept as proof of payment. Send a copy of the proof of payment to your program
coordinator.
Upon receipt of the proof of payment, your program coordinator will enroll you to the program.
The program coordinator will email to you your Certificate of Registration (COR).

To whom will you send the hard copies of the documents?


Place all documents (including photocopies of receipts) inside a long size folder, enclosed in a
long-sized brown envelope, and send through courier service to:

Enrollment Guidelines for Old Students and Returnees

When is the start of enrollment?

Enrolment for the Graduate Programs will start on July 20, 2020.

How do we enroll?

Students must coordinate with their Program Coordinator who will facilitate their enrollment
process.

Returning students are expected to contact the Program Coordinator of the chosen degree
program for evaluation. They must fill out the Returnee’s Application form and pay the processing
fee. Accomplished forms and the official receipt must be photocopied (2 copies: 1 copy for the
Program Coordinator and 1 copy for the Graduate Coordinator) and must be sent to the Program
Coordinator.

Processing Fee (P20.00 for Returning Students) and enrolment assessment fee can be paid either
over-the-counter at the Cashier’s Office or through bank deposits or fund transfers to MSU-IIT
LBP account (0322-1088-77). Deposit slips must be kept as proof of payment. Send a copy of the
proof of payment to your program coordinator.
