KYOCERA Net Manager is a server-based web application that manages your print devices and user policies,
provides secure printing and copying, and can provide accounting of print-related expenses. Efficient use of your
printing resources is provided by the Print&Follow function which allows users to securely print to any printer
managed by KYOCERA Net Manager.

There will be a 60 day trial period available if you or your customer would like to make an assessment of the
KNM features. Professional Services is recommended for the 1st order with implementation. Contact your
Regional BSC for more information on the process.

By activating the 60-day Trial License you can:

 Connect unlimited devices

 10 embedded terminal Print&Follow Only (HyPAS application)
 All features can be used same as official version
 Fresh Data Base is required
 Only 1 for each company (same network)

The KNM server authenticates and connects client PC’s and Mobile devices to HyPAS capable devices, non-HyPAS
devices. Jobs can be released with various options such as direct or secure printing, accounting, user and print
policies. Reports and event notifications can also be generated.

Authentication - Access the devices in one step by PIN, ID card or name/password or in a two-step authentication
combination such as ID-Card and PIN.

Security - Secure printing, data encryption and the Print&Follow function ensure that your documents can only be
accessed and printed by authorized people.

Reporting - KYOCERA Net Manager keeps detailed statistics about all aspects of printing and printers, scanning and
copying, projects, accounting and users and groups.

Personalized Features - KYOCERA Net Manager allows IT administrators to determine different functions per user
and/or per group.

Easy Scan - One click changes the destination of your scanned documents and their metadata. You may choose
between your home folder, fax server, or email address.

Mobile printing - Print documents from your mobile device by sending the job to the KYOCERA Net Manager server.

TRAINING
Training for Kyocera Net Manager is available as Class room Training. The course is Four Days in
length and is located at the National Training Center in Dallas.

The course requires the student bring a Laptop for use in this class. This course uses Software
that has very specific computer requirements.

The class is conducted using software running on a virtual machine. The virtual machine does not
run correctly on a MAC OS. The laptop MUST have Windows installed.

The Laptop Requirements are as follows:

 OS: Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate; Windows 8.1 Pro or Enterprise; or Windows 10 Pro or
Enterprise. NO Home Editions!
 8 GB of RAM, MINIMUM
 Network card with RJ-45 connection and TCP/IP loaded
 20 GB of free space on the hard drive
