Choose one specific organization; it may be a bank, factory or any other organization. Write down its
name and brief introduction (not more than one page). Write down (or draw) the hierarchy of the overall
organization and specifically Human Resource Management Department of that organization. Mention
details about the functions, tasks and policies of Human Resource Management department of that
organization.

Write down the tasks of Human Resource Manager in that organization. Mention the detail of the tasks or
decisions which are under the control of Human Resource Manager in that organization.

Provide a summary in your own words highlighting the differences between what you have
studied in the text books and what you have observed in the practical institutions and also
recommend any solutions to fill this theory and practice gap and also how organizations
