Micromax

While Micromax failed to change their strategies according to the changing external environment
surrounding them Xiaomi handled the 4g demand of the customers providing them with technology
at an affordable price. Micromax’s internal conflict cost them the market share as well. The
resignation from the CEO and Co founder of the company showed the internal health of the
company. Micromax made certain efforts, including hiring new executives, to reform and rethink its
business model and strategy. However, this step backfired due to disagreements between the
founders and executives. Whereas Xiaomi had strong internal groups and the decision-making of
management was in accordance with the demand in the market
