According to him, Endar had complained to the KPK Board of Trustees and planned to
report it to the State Administrative Court (PTUN) after the letter of extension as
Director of Investigation was ignored by the head of the anti-corruption agency, Firli
Bahuri.

"We are waiting for the results of all that. Then we will follow up with a decision," said
the former Police Criminal Investigation Head, when met at the Parliament Complex,
Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday (12/4).

General Listyo previously issued a letter extending Endar's term of office because the star
general's term as Director of Investigation ended on March 31, 2023.

However, the KPK ignored the letter. The anti-corruption agency chose to return Endar
to the National Police.

According to General Listyo, the National Police cannot respond swiftly to Endar's fate at
the institution of origin because there are attempts to go to the Dewas and plans to go
to the Administrative Court.

"Of course those are things that we also pay attention to in addition to the regulations
that already exist and are clearly regulated," continued the former Banten Regional
Police Chief.
General Listyo himself does not feel that he has been bypassed by Firli, who does not
want to carry out the letter of extension for Endar as Director of Investigations.
