Cloud Computing – is the on-demand availability of computing resources as services over the

internet. It eliminates the need for enterprises to procure, configure, or manage resources
themselves, and they only pay for what they use.

Types of Cloud Computing Services:


1. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS): IaaS provides virtualized computing resources, including servers,
storage, and networking components, on a pay-per-use basis. Examples of IaaS providers include:

 Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2


 Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines
 Google Cloud Compute Engine

2. Platform as a Service (PaaS): PaaS provides a complete platform for developers to build, deploy,
and manage applications without having to worry about underlying infrastructure. Examples of PaaS
providers include:

 Heroku
 Microsoft Azure App Service
 Google App Engine

3. Software as a Service (SaaS): SaaS provides software applications that are delivered over the
internet on a subscription basis. Examples of SaaS providers include:

 Salesforce CRM
 Microsoft Office 365
 Dropbox
