 What do you plan for quality improvement and audit preparation of the
company?
1. Identify the need for improvement and improvement in work processes.
2. Communicate the importance of the meaning of quality, the role of each
employee in achieving and maintaining the right quality and employee
performance expectations.
3. Maintain a clean and dry (not damp) work area, including storage and
shipping areas.
4. Choose and use the right equipment for each step.
5. Provide proper tools and training to each worker and communicate
performance expectations/targets accordingly.
6. Plan and implement an ongoing program regarding machine maintenance.
7. Build a quality standard agreement
 What other plans do you have in your mind ?
1. Regarding the process of new goods, if possible, a trail and analysis will be
held in each department so that there are no wrong processes. For example,
like not being able to enter the mattress or goods when in the raft there is a gep
and so on.
2. Regarding this quality, there must always be training for each employee so
that we all know how much quality is demanded by our company or
customers.
