    Purok (Changco Phase 1A and 1B, Changco Phase 2A and 2B and Purok Badjao
    Village) in the barangay. The school would like to ask assistance to the
    abovementioned Purok Chairman within the barangay to help identify the school-aged
    children (5-12 years old) where the child is enrolled.

    Attached is the list of the school-aged children (5-12 years old) from the
    concerned Puroks in the barangay.

    If at all possible, we would appreciate it if the finished List of the School-Aged


    Children by Purok could return to the school the following week. Hoping for the positive
    response regarding this matter.
