It has been observed that the workers of the workshop are staying out late during the tea-
break. It affects the production target and company has to bear the loss to a great extent. It also
creates indiscipline among the workers.

Thus, all workers are hereby warned that if they stay late during the break, stern action will
be taken. All workers should take note of the above instruction and act accordingly.

Subject: Poor attendance in practicals.

It has been observed that the Third Year Mechanical Department remain absent even after
repeated instructions.

The importance of practical session has already been informed. They are hereby given this
memo that if they remain absent again ,they will not be permitted to appear to the final practical
examination conducted by MSBTE. So, all the students of Third Year are hereby warned not to remain
absent again.
