    Subject: A letter of complaint for delay in electronic goods.

    Dear sir,

    We had placed an order with you for twelve dozen electronic goods. You had promised to
    deliver these in time for the winter season, sometime in November 2021. Still, we have not got the
    delivery of the goods.

    We are, however, agreeable to continue the order in anticipation of an additional 10%


    discount.

    If you do not find it convenient to allow this discount, then , we have no option but to cancel
    the order as you were not able to deliver them according to the according to the terms of the order
    placed with you in 2021.
