Dear Sirs,

RE: BLUE RESIDENCY EXCAVATION CONTRACT

We refer to our letter dated 9th February 2024.

Our client has informed us that you did not comply with the terms of the said
letter.

We have further instructions from our client, Sahan Homes Limited, to demand
immediate refund of 57% being part of the unused money paid to you on
account of the said contract in the sum of Kenya Shillings One Million Seven
Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety (Kshs. 1,799,490/=).

TAKE NOTICE that if you do not refund the said amount within SEVEN (7)
days from the date hereof, we have firm instructions to institute legal recovery
proceedings against you without any further reference.

Be advised accordingly.
