Greetings!

The undersigned writes on behalf of client ______________, who has

indorsed to this Law Office the matter involving your unsettled obligation in
the amount of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP1,746,195,000.00).

You entered into a Renovation Contract with my client sometime in April 10,
2023, with a contract price of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS. Records would show, however, that the total amount delivered and
received by you is ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY SIX
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP1,746,195,000.00). Machine copies of the said contract is hereto
attached as ANNEX “A”.

The completion and turnover of the project was set on August 12, 2023,
however, months have passed but the project is yet to be finished. Casual
view of the said project would show that the same is not even half-way
done. Efforts to communicate to finish the project on the time stipulated
remain unheeded on numerous occasions. Despite repeated demands, you
failed and continuously fail to comply with your obligation to finish the
project. Your continuous refusal to finish the project and/or to return the
amount already delivered have caused serious financial stress to our client,
thereby prompting her to seek our legal help and to seek redress to courts.

Accordingly, demand is hereby made upon you to return the amount of

________________ within Fifteen (15) days from receipt of this letter.
Otherwise, we will be constrained to undertake the necessary remedies
available under the law to protect the interest of my client.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential
attention to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
