Please note that the said Flat No. 201 is completed in all respect and is under good
condition. We have personally the facilities and amenities of good qualities and are as per
the Agreement.

You have personally inspected the said property and taken the possession of it.

Please note that you will keep the said property in good condition and will pay the
municipal Taxes and Building maintenance as and when demanded by the appropriate
authorities.
