Making Mockups with transform tools become difficult when the

shapes of the objects are complicated. In such a situation we can use

‘Puppet Warp tool’ in Edit Menu.
1. Get the base image e.g. a flag

2. Draw a rectangle in a new layer and right click on the layer and
select ‘Convert to Smart Object’. Then lower the opacity.

3. Go to Edit Menu  Puppet Warp

4. Keep pins around the whole rectangle.

5. Drag each pins and make the shape of the rectangle same as
the flag.

6. Click the Tick button and increase the opacity of the layer. Then
Double click on the smart object icon in the layer.
7. Then add a new image e.g. lion flag in new layer above the
shape.

8. Go to File  Save.

9. Click on the tab with the original and you can see that the
image is replaced with the new image.
