DEFINITION OF TERMS

Adaptability- it is the quality of being able to adjust to new conditions.


It is a feature of a system or of a process. It expands
people’s capacity to handle change. It also is a skill that
means you easily adjust to changing circumstances.

Implications- it is a conclusion that can be drawn from something


although it is not explicitly stated. The implications of
something are the things that are likely to happen as
a result.

Workload- it is the amount of work to be done by someone or


something usually within a specific period.

Correlation- a mutual relationship or connection between two


or more things. It is a statistical measure that indicates
the extent to which two or more variables differ in
relation to each other.

Procrastination- it is a habit of delaying important tasks, usually


by focusing on something less important, more
enjoyable and an easier task.

Self-Restraint- it is a control over your own actions or feelings that


keeps you from doing things you want to do but
should not do.
