MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY

"My name is Glemheren Llemit, and I am a 17-year-old student from Barangay

Concepcion Asuncion in Davao del Norte. I was born on a cold winter night on December
22, 2005, just 3 days before Christmas, at the Tagum Regional Hospital. I have two siblings:
one brother and one sister. My father's name is Glenn Llemit, and he is 40 years old. He is a
farmer and a construction worker. My mother's name is Merlinda Llemit, and she is 46
years old. She is an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), and I am extremely proud of her. "My
name is Glemheren, named after both my father and mother. The pronunciation of my
name is with a silent "H", so it is pronounced as "Glemeren". My mother tells me that I was
an active, curious, and communicative child, and I still display these characteristics today.
I am always open to new experiences and curious about things that are new to me. I am the
eldest of my siblings, and though we may not be as close as people imagine, we still love
each other very much." I would compare myself to an “ampalaya” or bitter gourd because I
am often seen as a difficult person to get along with. However, I feel that I am also like a
bitter gourd because I have a bitter exterior that hides something sweet and delicious on the
inside. My bitter outer shell often keeps people away from me, but I feel that those who do
take the time to get to know me to find that I am a very sweet and caring person. So, while
I may seem like a bitter gourd on the outside, I am really a sweet and delicious fruit on the
inside.
I am an academic achiever, and my family is proud of me. I am currently studying at
MHSA and I am in grade 11. I like to learn, and I always strive to do my best. I am proud of
myself for being an academic achiever, and I hope that my family is also proud of me. I
know that my family will always be there for me no matter what challenges I face. So, I am
very grateful to have such an amazing family and such great friends who support me and
encourage me every step of the way. Each of my friends is special to me in his or her own
way, and I value each of their perspectives and experiences. My friends challenge me to be
a better person, and they teach me to look at the world from a different perspective. My
friendship with each of my friends is one of the best things in my life, and I am very lucky
to have such a wonderful group of people to enjoy life with. My family is special to me
because when we are all together it often feels like a party. We enjoy spending time together
and sharing experiences, and we are always joking and laughing. My family is also special
to me because they are always there for me when I need support or advice, and they are
always willing to listen to me when I need to talk. My family is part of what makes my life
so rich and enjoyable, and I am very lucky to be surrounded by such loving and supportive
people.

I love pets, especially fish because they are so peaceful and calming. I hate dogs
because one time I was bitten by a dog, and it was a very painful experience. I feel that fish
are the perfect pets for me because they are quiet, gentle, and easy to care for. I also love
watching fish swim and watching them eat. Seeing fish swim is very relaxing and soothing
for me, and I find it very meditative. Dogs, on the other hand, are too active and
rambunctious for my liking. I prefer pets that I can watch and enjoy without getting bitten.
My sport is badminton, and I am very happy to play this sport. I love the way that the
shuttlecock flies through the air and the way that you can hit the shuttlecock with force.
Badminton is a lot of fun and it provides a good workout as well. I am glad that I have found
a sport that I really enjoy and that I am good at. The most memorable moments in my life
are when I am with my family. I love being around my family and sharing special moments
with them. I appreciate the time that we spent together and the love and support that they
give me. I am very lucky to have such an amazing family and I am grateful for all the
memories that we have created together.
