DLSU-D takes a holistic approach to sustainability that is evident throughout the clean and green campus, from the plants and trees to the strict "Clean As You Go" policy. The curriculum integrates sustainability, educating students on the importance of environmental protection. Students participate in engagement programs on sustainability and the campus utilizes renewable energy sources like solar power and electric vehicles, providing a cleaner environment while setting an example of how sustainability can be applied in various settings.

My thoughts on the video about the holistic approach to sustainability of DLSU-D
is that at the first look of the campus everyone will notice that not only the school is based on the iconic white and green color of the logo but as well as the environment such as the numerous plants, trees, garden, the lake, and how clean the campus thanks to the CLAYGO also as known as “Clean As You Go” policy in school. This is also thanks to the curriculum because DLSU-D integrated it and it allowed me to see how much the school values the environment of the campus and can be also applied everywhere we go. Currently the class is having a Student Engagement Program which also pushes students to be educated about how important environment sustainability is and to me it is such a positive and great experience to have since nowadays people especially students are uncommon with this kind of activity. Another contribution of DLSU-D that I have already seen and experience is that they use renewable energy such as using solar system at some buildings and using electric powered jeep as an alternative to the classic jeepney that the campus used for decades to have a much cleaner and healthier environment. I hope to see more if what this school can offer to improve the campus and educate more students about sustainability.
