Recommended core texts for the ACEM Examinations

Current references are as provided in the ACEM Curriculum Framework 2022.
Although careful consideration of the texts available has led to the recommendation of some texts as core
references for the subject, it is acknowledged that no single text addresses the entire knowledge base required
for the practice of emergency medicine. The most recent edition of the following texts should be used where
available.
