1. Interpret the below output performed. The brief about the problem is as below.

Private domestic airline operators – Jet Airways - raised their airfare in December 2013.
Indian Airlines, the government-owned carrier, was the only domestic airline which did not
follow suit. Information available (Source-Economic Times) showed that people still prefer
to fly with Jet Airways. The reasons for the above preference had to be ascertained, as
according to Indian Airline Officials domestic flyers are price-conscious customers.

The study consisted of 20 respondents who had recently flown with Jet Airways. They were
asked to indicate on Likert scale from Completely Agree = 1 to Completely Disagree = 7,
their agreement or disagreement with the set of 10 statements relating to their
perceptions and attributes of the airline.

Interpret the output on below points,

i. Group the above statistics in meaningful factors

ii. Name and Interpret the case factors

the various features, and so on.

10 statements are made in order to measure the variables of perception. The 10

statements are given in the one of the output table. The Respondents have to agree or
disagree (1 - Strongly Agree, 2 - Agree, 3 - Neither Agree nor Disagree, 4 - Disagree, 5 -
Strongly Disagree) with each statement.
