______________SAR SYSTEM_______________
Title

A search and rescue (SAR) system is a coordinated effort to locate and assist people
who are hurt, lost, or missing in a particular area. The strategy aims to safeguard lives
and stop further harm or injury to those who need help. Due to the use of cutting-edge
tools and specialized teams, the search and rescue system has developed over time
and become more sophisticated. Numerous teams from various organizations must
work together to gather information about the missing person and plan a search
strategy. This frequently involves emergency responders, specialized search and
rescue teams, and local law enforcement.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, in collaboration with
other governmental organizations and local governmental entities (NDRRMC). The
management of all national emergencies and disasters is the responsibility of a
government agency known as the NDRRMC. It is made up of several government
agencies, particularly when it comes to the assessment of risks, such as the
Departments of National Defense, Interior and Local Government, Health, and Social
Welfare and Development.

When necessary, other government organizations may also take part in search and
rescue operations. Examples include the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the
Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP). Along with the NDRRMC, the Philippine Coast
Guard (PCG) is also heavily involved in search and rescue operations throughout the
country, particularly for incidents at sea or in coastal areas. It's important to remember
that search and rescue operations in the Philippines may frequently involve
non-governmental organizations (NGOs), volunteer groups, and even regular people
who are willing to lend a hand.

Activities involving search and rescue are given top priority because of the Philippines'
high propensity for catastrophes and natural disasters. Southeast Asia is located in the
Pacific Ring of Fire, which is renowned for its frequent typhoons, floods, and seismic
activity in addition to its intense volcanic and seismic activity. This raises the possibility
of a range of natural disasters, such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, landslides, and
flash floods, occurring in the country. The Philippines is susceptible to a variety of
calamities caused by humans in addition to natural disasters, such as fires, maritime
mishaps, and transportation mishaps. Due to the potential for injuries, fatalities, and
