2) Preparau un possible cas pràctic: has rebut la telefonada d’una dona en situació
crítica. Ha estat atacada per la seva parella i s’ha tancat al bany de la casa de lloguer
vacacional on es troben. Ella creu que l’home encara és a la casa. Mentre que els efectius hi
arribin, heu de procurar mantenir el contacte telefònic amb ella. Preparau preguntes que l’hi
farieu per mantenir la conversa activa.

Escriviu la conversa (mínim 140 paraules).

Police: Police Station, this is Officer David Garcia, how may I help you?

Woman: Please, help me! I’m hidden in the bathroom of the apartment. My boyfriend and I
were having dinner, we had an argument and he got mad at me and hit me. I’m really
scared.

Police: Stay calm ma’am. A police patrol is on its way. In less than 10 minutes they will be
there.

Woman: I think my boyfriend is still in the apartment. I’m so nervous!

Police: Try to not make any noise, stay with me on the phone. I’m going to be with you all
the time. There is nothing to worry about. So tell me, is this the first time that this happens?

Woman: Yes, it is, He has never acted like this before.

Police: Well, things can get really heated sometimes, lock the door to make sure he cannot
come in. Don’t panic because you are 100% safe there, trust me.

Woman: Thanks a lot officer. How long is going to take the to come?

Police: They are close, I’ll let you know. So tell me, is it your first time here on the island?

ok and to open the bathroom door.

Police: Great, follow their instructions and I’ll see you in my office in a bit to file a report.

Woman: Will do! Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it.

Police: You’re welcome ma’am. See you later.
