Job Description:
* Designs and develops learning material for employee training courses that support
company retail operations at various levels.
* Designs and develops learning material for employee learning on HR Policies.
* Develop storyboard for various SOPs& Processes.
* Conduct Training Need Analysis for various level.
* Demonstrates and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, course
development,
and evaluation skills.
* Ableto utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools.
* Designs and produces learning materials & training aids in a variety of formats
including
print & online to support both instructor lead trainings & online trainings.
* Create flow charts & document processes of various functions in HR & Training.

Skills:
Technical writing, analytical skills to identify the process improvement,
instructional
strategies, Occupational and competency analysis, skill mapping methods and
procedures, learning
theories, multimedia, curriculum and course development, ability to work
independently or in a team,
people management skills

Proficiency in one non local language - Tamil, Kanada, Marathi, Bengali, Odiya and
Hindi.

Software:
* Ms Office Tools (High level proficiency in PPT & Word)
* Project Management tools - Added Advantage
* Multimedia authoring tools - Added Advantage

Duration:
3 Months

Compensation:
Stipend of 10,000 Per month

Location - Hyderabad
Qualification - MBA
