 APPLY
Upload your documents and medium of instruction on the
Google form shared with you via the offer letter or by the
document submission team.

DOCUMENTS SUPPORTING MEDIUM OF

INSTRUCTION (IN ENGLISH):
Graduation certificate and mark sheet, CV , *MOI in English (degree
certificate or university letter stating that the program was
successfully completed in English.)

Alternate option if your degree certificate does not mention your

*MOI is English:
Valid proof of TOEFL - min. 80 points, IELTS - min. 6 out of 9 points,
Cambridge certificate - min. B grade or letter from the university
that mentions that the medium of instruction is in English via post
or email.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Once you upload the documents, upGrad sends your

application to the university for further checks and
requirements.

CONTRACT

Once your application is completed, you will receive the contract

from the university via email id partners@iu.org
 DIGITAL SIGNATURE

Once you have carefully read the contract, sign it digitally on the
IU portal and submit. After this, IU Admissions will review your
eligibility for your desired program.

Please Note: your application is not assessed until this step is completed by you!

IU CREDENTIALS
You will receive the IU portal credentials before the batch
start date once the university receives the digitally signed
contract. Additionally, you will also receive iu.org email id
and credentials.

UNLOCKING EXAMS

On the day you receive the IU portal credentials, dispatch the

notarised documents by registered post to:

 BATCH LAUNCH

Your batch will be launched and weekly classes will take place.
You need to attend classes and go through IU course book on
upGrad platform.
You need to give Unit Test related to corresponding module
on IU portal.
There will be a proctored exam after the 3rd or 4th week of your
class and upon completion of module Unit Tests.
After 6 weeks of giving exam, you will receive your first result.
If you pass, you will get 5 ECTS.
To enable the ‘Request to come on Campus’ option; MBA, MIM
(non MAEE), MSCS (non MAEE) learners need 5 ECTS while
MIM (MAEE), MSCS (MAEE) learners need 10 ECTS.
Team upGrad will inform you when you are eligible to raise
request for ‘Request to come on Campus’.

8 OFFER LETTER

You will receive offer letter after approval of your ‘Request

to come on Campus’ by IU.
You need to pay 1000 Euros as enrollment fee on the FlyWire
link provided on your offer letter.
You will receive Tuition Contract which has to be physically
signed, scanned and sent back.
LOA (Letter of acceptance) is issued by IU.
