(in two colour and two size options).

4. Printable “deck cloths” Use these cute patterned sheets to lay your
readings on. Choose your favourite colour! Most home printers are
not capable of edge to edge printing - so once printed, you may
want to trim white edges off. If you prefer a traditional “cloth”, iron-
on printer papers for fabric can be bought online.

5. Card meanings & spreads sheet - a double-sided printable

reference with card meanings and basic spread layouts so you can
get going.

6. Readings journal sheet - to print, write and save your readings!

Printing at home is never an exact science. I’ve set up two ways you can print as follows hD7 t
Zog

Double-Sided Method (see step-by-step instructions on next page)

• The ‘2A. Cards - Double-Sided Method’ PDF has a back design for printing directly on each card;
these are lined up to match the front and should work even if printed upside down. The larger yellow
background on the reverse helps avoid white edges on backs when trimmed.

• If your printer cannot do double-sided, you could print one page at a time, running each sheet
through a second time to print the backs on.

• Because some home printers may have a small amount of paper movement, I cannot guarantee
perfect front and back alignment. I suggest printing a tester - if the backs look too misaligned once
trimmed, use the separate “2B. Cut and Stick Method.PDF” file - or have plain backs.

• See next page for full instructions.

Cut and Stick Method (see step-by-step instructions on next page)

• The ‘2B. Cards - Cut and Stick Method’ PDF is for printing the fronts and backs on separate pages
then gluing together. This is recommended if you cannot get a good result using the double-sided
method above.

• See next page for full instructions.

Paper type
• Use quality paper or card of a good thickness. Photo paper or card (especially gloss or pearl) may show
colours brighter and richer - most is single-sided (use the best side for the fronts); double-sided can be
purchased if you want both sides to feel the same.
• All printers print differently - colours may not appear the same as on screen. Using a standard non-
photo paper (e.g. uncoated card or generic paper) can sometimes render colours duller and darker.
• Some glossy surfaces may be harder to shuffle; consider what’s important when choosing paper type.
• Use your printer’s correct settings to match your paper type, and print at “best” quality.
• If you are unhappy with your results, asking a professional printers to print should not cost a lot and
will help your cards look extra lovely.

Protecting your cards

• Unfortunately prints created on inkjet printers (especially photo papers) may not last forever and may
be sensitive to dirt or damp fingers when handled. Handle with care if you want them to last.

• You could laminate your cards - or print a new set if they get damaged.

3. Carefully cut individual cards out, using edges visible on the front cards as a

NOTE Do a tester first to check back/ front alignment. If they don’t line up well, check you have your printer set
up to print on the right size of paper. Or you prefer to stick backs on, use the “cut and stick method” below.

Cut & stick method (separate front and back printing)

1. Use the file named “2B. CARDS - CUT & STICK METHOD.PDF”.

2. Print all sheets single sided, at 100% size (actual size), selecting the
appropriate paper type in your printer’s options; double check your
printer is set up to print on A4 size paper. Print at “best quality”.

3. Group matching sheets together e.g. card 1 backs with card 1 fronts etc.

4. Cutting card fronts cut out all fronts on each sheet as a group at the red
dashed line indicated in Fig 1. (This line is not on the actual page). Cut
accurately at outer edges - as close as you can. *See “cutting tip” above.

5. Cut out all backs on each sheet as a group at the edge - as per red

dashed line in Fig 2. (This line is not on the actual page). Cut edges as
accurately as you can. Cut exactly at red line indicator
6. Glue back sheets to matching front sheets (fronts 1 with backs 1, etc).
Align edges as accurately as you can.

7. Carefully cut out individual cards, using the edges visible on the front
cards as a guide.

NOTE If you keep having issues lining up backs and fronts, or struggle to get a
perfect result, just have plain backs.

Q&A A B OU T T H E S h a r e t h e m agic ( m i n i ) TA RO T. . . .

ABOUT THIS DECK This cute printable 23 card mini tarot deck is just 2 x 3 inches, and consists of all of
the major arcana cards plus a cover card. I’ve called it the “Share the Magic Tarot” - as it is completely

share the magic!

free to anyone subscribing to the newsletter! I’ve also included some little extras - I hope you like it
WHY FREE? Decks can be expensive, and I wanted to help anyone own one free! I’m also using it as a mini
rehearsal to help me develop my main 78 card deck, the Cosmic Sunbeam deck, a super cute tarot which
will eventually be released via Kickstarter.
WHY ONLY THE MAJOR ARCANA? It’s in keeping with the “mini” theme, and because I wanted to produce
something ASAP. The major arcana as is a complete system within itself and allows swift insight without
learning 78 cards! Plus the small format can fit in your pocket for readings wherever you are - bonus!
WILL YOU RELEASE THE MINOR ARCANA? Maybe. Subscribers will be the first to hear if I do. Stay tuned!
WILL YOU RELEASE A PROFESSIONALLY PRINTED VERSION? I’m pondering releasing a fully assembled
professionally printed hard copy full proper deck for sale if there is enough interest - so let me know your
thoughts! That said, I do offer pre-printed sheets for sale for those who don’t have a printer at this link:
http://bit.ly/3hD7Zog - but it does need cutting out and self assembly. I’m afraid this pre-printed set isn’t

share the magic!

100% free like the printable version as I need to cover production + postage costs but I have tried to keep
it affortable.
ABOUT THE DESIGNS Due to the small format, I’ve used a minimalist style - I’ve tried to distill cards to
their basic essences and I’ve shortened some card names to fit. I wanted to make them colourful and fun
to use! My personal favourites are the Fool, the Star & Death.
WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED? I’ve also included an interpretation & spreads sheet to print, plus a selection
of free printable “deck cloths”, a readings journal sheet to record your spreads on, and super cute mini
foldable envelope, to keep your deck protected.
ARE THERE USAGE RESTRICTIONS? The deck is completely free for personal use, for entertainment
purposes only. I am also happy for you to gift one printed copy free to a friend (in keeping with the
“sharing” theme!). The electronic files, printed deck or accessories may not be copied, distributed, sold or
edited, commercially or otherwise without permission. Thanks for understanding

ARE YOU RELEASING MORE PRINTABLE DECKS? Yes, others are being developed for sale and will very
soon be made available in my online shop. Newsletter subscribers will hear when new ones are released!
SHARE THE MAGIC If you love this deck, I’d love it if you would share your thoughts on social media so
others can also find it! I’m also happy for you to repost my own photos of this deck from my Instagram or
