We are pleased to announce the conduct of the Scouts of the World Award (SWA) Discovery for ‘SWA Council Coordinators and Outfit Advisors. The Scouts of the World Award is an international Scout recognition administered by the World Organization of the Scout Movement. It was developed to give "young people more opportunities to face the challenges of the future” as Identified by the United Nations Millennium Declaration in 2000. WA isa global initiative developed by UNEP adopted by the World Scout Organization as an integral component of its Earth Tribe Initiative. 2. The above-mentioned workshop will be conducted in the following venue and dates with details as follows: Region/Offices Date, T Venue, ] TR, NELR and CLR ‘March 07-10, 2023 Palayan City, Nueva Ecija NCR, STR and BR ‘April 25-28, 2023 ‘Mt. Participants to the said workshop are the following: = Regional Scout Director + Regional Office SWA Coordinator = Local Council SWA Coordinator (1 participant per local council) 4, All Regional Scout Directors are advised to submit to the BSP National Office the list of participants from their Local Councils in their respective Region with complete contact details and ‘email address on or before 20 February 2023. 5.
