according to the Principles of Business management book, companies that use the matrix

method has many managers and employees. of the project officials and employees to prepare

the project, and among the benefits of these structures is increased interdependence and

cooperation between managers first, such as department managers and officials Or the

owners of the product idea, and the employees second. The presence of all of them is very

important to overcome to what could happen. But in addition to the advantages, there are

challenges that the company may face while following the matrix structure, including

providing reports to two or more managers, because it may cause many problems if the entire

team cannot cooperate and control their work and feelings. Employees may face some chaos

and dispersion due to the multiplicity and different requirements, and each manager may wish

to prove his authority and control Therefore, everyone who works on this project must ensure

that he has experience and knowledge of what he is doing (Carpenter et al, 2010)

The boundary-less organization is aptly named as it is a strategy that works to remove

barriers between companies and managers and give employees the opportunity to outsource

while performing their work. Among its benefits is increasing cooperation and partnerships

between company managers, thus increasing successful and famous joint ventures. It also

works to integrate all layers of workers. Which makes them less focused on their positions

and more focused on their work and achievements. In some experienced companies, this is

considered a successful and effective way to produce their company, but in others, it can lead

to endless competition until it comes to a desire to sweep exaggerate and cover up the work

of others, which is not good for some companies and employees (Carpenter et al, 2010)

The learning organization relies on new information and new ways of learning and thinking

and works to facilitate the pattern of learning within educational institutions, and work is

being done to choose and experiment with better ways of learning within these institutions.

There may be a danger to the institutions that follow this strategy in terms of instability on a
specific plan, and also long-term successes are a requirement for every institution, but with

the multiplicity of learning ways and methods, the achievements become short-term and need

continuous renewal (Carpenter et al, 2010)

For me, I think that the best type of organization that suits my personality and style is the

Boundary-less organization because I love to be free while doing my work. I will be able to

use sources from outside the company, and this will facilitate my work and give me

.experience in many things outside of work
