SAFETY CHECK-OUT

After correcting the original service problem, perform the following


safety checks before releasing the set to the customer.

1. Check the area of your repair for unsoldered or poorly-soldered Unleaded solder

3-2. MECHANICAL TROUBLESHOOTING 2. Ribbon trouble
Trouble: Ribbon is wrapped around the grid roller and pinch
roller, and cannot be removed. (Ribbon jamming)
The troubles caused by the thermal printer can be classified into

pattern (17 step) as the reference of density.
The test pattern (17 step) should be printed before replacing the
thermal printer or the MAIN board, or when this unit is in the normal
state.
Printing of the test pattern (17 step) starts.
Note: If there is any printing failure in the test pattern (17 step) printed before
replacing the thermal printer or the MAIN board, do not use it.
