Working Title of Project: The Blue Book Forum: Reviewing and Clarifying the Roles and re-
sponsibilities of Church Leaders of Tukuran Alliance Church.

Capstone Description (350 words):

As a local church pastor, I have this solemn task and call to informed, review and clarify roles
and responsibilities for them to know, and effectively perform their given task and responsibility
helping the flock to grow, edify the church and for the development of the church.

This task and responsibility is put to a new challenge when I saw members, leaders of the church
Don’t know their function and how to apply it properly in their different given positions, and that
was a great challenged. As a result, I challenge all Church Ministry Team members in partner-
ship of the pastoral team during our planning that we need to Review and Clarify the Roles and
responsibilities of Church Leaders of Tukuran Alliance Church using our CAMACOP blue book.

The purpose of this project is to fully inform, Clear up, as well as awareness of our church lead-
ers of their functions as part of Church Ministry Team that they are fully directed to the guide-
lines, so that they can also perform and function well their given office not just only by name.
We are conducting The Blue Book Forum: Reviewing and Clarifying the Roles and responsibili-
ties of Church Leaders of Tukuran Alliance Church through face to face.

Approach and/or Methods (350 words):

The first and primary approach in completing this capstone project will focus on Intentional ap-
proach in giving information to call out the Church Ministry Team to attain the blue book forum
in the area of local church leaders roles and responsibilities and attendance is a must, in connec-
tion with this we will invite our District Ministry Supervisor (DMS) to be our resource person in
discussing the blue book in the area of local church. Because in rulings He is the one or member
of the District Ministry Team shall review, conduct, orient the local church leaders as much as
possible.

The secondary but subordinate approach in this capstone project is that asking the National office
to send us 2022 CAMACOP Blue book because the blue book of some of our church leaders are
not updated we need the new one for them to be updated. The materials of this forum is the hard-
bound blue book as well visual aid through PowerPoint presentations which contain the content
of instruction specific topic on local church concern. This approach will focus on chapter of the
blue book where local church leaders and functions is concern. Since our time is limited the
project will focus on using the selected important content and materials consistent to the subject

of the the forum. Although this approach is subordinate to the first approach mentioned, it is
deemed that the contents of instructions are still necessary in making this project successful.

Planning Stage In this stage, all required planning activities for the forum 2 weeks

blue book chapters where local church found for the basis
of the said forum securing the needed materials as per re-
quest by our District Ministry Supervisor or the DMT
which will be done include the creation of a support of the
Pastoral Team, procurement of the materials, establish-
ment of the full attendance of all Church Ministry Team of
Tukuran Alliance Church.

Promotion and During this stage, the The Blue Book Forum: Reviewing and 1 weeks
Enrollment Stage Clarifying the Roles and responsibilities of Church Leaders of Tuku-
ran Alliance Church. Will be advertised to the local church. Im-
portant information will have to be shared such as to en-
courage, remind and connect tio them posted in the church
corners, it well be announce during gatherings and also in
church page would be posted.

Implementation This is now the actual implementation of The Blue Book Fo- 2 weeks

focus on the of the materials
according to the planned schedule using the face to face
and follow up. Also queries, questions demonstration hap-
pen in this stage.

Evaluation Stage This is the stage where evaluation takes place. At 1 weeks
least four elements will have to be evaluated for its
effectiveness. These include the evaluation of the
instructors, namely DMS/Host Pastor/ Youth pastor the
content and teaching materials, the
Face to face, online platforms, and the evaluation of the
CMT/CL or students If they have learned effectively.
