Hiring of Consultancy Firm

for Development of Computer Based Testing (CBT)

FPSC is in the process of modernizing its recruitment processes through use of

Information Communication Technologies under PSDP funded project “Computer Based Testing
(CBT) for Various Test/Exam conducted by Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).”

Services of consultancy firm to get viable solutions / system(s) designed and

implemented, par contemporary global standards, are required.

 RFP containing evaluation criteria etc. is available at FPSC & PPRA websites:

 Single-Stage-2-Envelope bidding method will be followed. Sealed Bids (Technical & Financial
in separate envelopes duly marked) in duplicate should reach office of Project Director (CBT)
FPSC, Islamabad on or before 11:00 AM, 28th January 2022. Technical proposals will be
opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
 A pre-bid meeting will also be held at FPSC on 20th January 2022 at 11:00 AM at FPSC HQ.
