1139(अ).─

उपधारा (1) )ारा *द+ शि,य- का *योग करते 1ए, क ीय िशुता प3रषद से परामश5 करने के प6ात िशुता
िनयम, 1992 म और संशोधन करने के िलए िन8िलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथा5तः—
1. (1) इन िनयम- को िशुता (पंचम संशोधन) िनयम, 2017 कहा जाएगा।

(2) ये राजपC म *काशन क$ तारीख को *वृEत ह-गे।

2. िशुता िनयम, 1992 म,–

(i) िनयम 7 म, उप-िनयम (1), के प6ात िन8 उप-िनयम अंतःFथािपत कया जाएगा, अथा5तः—

“(1क) अिधिनयम क$ धारा 6 के खंड (कक) म दए गए िशु Hवसाय के मामले म िशुता
*िशण क$ अविध, अनुसूची-I-ख म िनKद5L के अनुसार होगी।”;

(ii) अनुसूची 1-क के बाद, िन8िलिखत अनुसूची अंतःFथािपत क$ जाएगी, अथा5त:—

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th September, 2017
G.S.R. 1139(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 37 of the
Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of 1961), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Apprenticeship
Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Apprenticeship (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992,–
(i) in rule 7, after sub-rule (1), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely : –

“(1A) The period of apprenticeship training in the case of trade apprentices referred to in
clause (aa) of section 6 of the Act, shall be as specified in Schedule-I-B.”;
(ii) after Schedule 1-A, the following Schedule shall be inserted, namely:-
