Preferred ways of vegetable shopping: The majority of respondents (77.8%) prefer to
shop for vegetables in person, while a lesser minority (22.2%) prefer to purchase
online.
Delivery time expectations for online vegetable orders: All respondents (100%)
expect same-day or next-day delivery for their online vegetable orders, with no
preference for extended delivery timeframes.
The following are the key features or functionalities that respondents want in a
vegetable purchasing web application: easy navigation (22.2%), product reviews and
ratings (33.3%), and online payments (33.3%). Pre-order products (22.2%) and search
functionality (11.1%) are also cited as desired functionalities.
Suggestions included adding shopping list items to cart, incorporating loyalty and
rewards, discounts and special offers, adding live chat and calls for better
customer support, providing delivery scheduling and order tracking options, and
adding a wishlist feature for customers.
Based on the post-survey results from 9 respondents, the following findings were
observed:
PASAL provides a large range of vegetable options: 55.6% of respondents said PASAL
provided a wide range of vegetable options to fulfill their needs (5 out of 9),
while 44.4% thought it provided limited possibilities (4 out of 9).
Technical issues or faults encountered when using PASAL: None of the respondents
experienced any technical issues or errors (0 out of 9).
Problems with the payment procedure when testing PASAL: None of the respondents had
any problems with the payment process (0 out of 9).
Based on their own experiences, 66.7% of respondents said they were very likely to
recommend PASAL to others (6 out of 9), while 33.3% said they were likely to
recommend (3 out of 9).
