Based on the pre-survey results from 9 respondents, the following findings were

observed:
Preferred ways of vegetable shopping: The majority of respondents (77.8%) prefer to
shop for vegetables in person, while a lesser minority (22.2%) prefer to purchase
online.

Frequency of buying vegetables online: Almost half of respondents (44.4%) purchase


vegetables online occasionally or on a regular basis, whereas a considerable
minority (33.3%) rarely or never purchase vegetables online.

Factors influencing the decision to buy veggies online: According to 55.6% of


respondents, the key factor influencing their decision to buy veggies online is
convenience. Freshness and quality of veggies (11.1%), as well as price and
discounts (11.1%), are regarded as key criteria. The availability of a diverse
variety of options has a lower influence (22.2%).

Obstacles encountered while purchasing vegetables online: According to 77.8% of


respondents, the primary problem for online vegetable purchasers is quality and
freshness concerns. Limited selections (11.1%) and delivery time (11.1%) are also
identified as obstacles, but payment issues and security concerns are noted less
frequently.
Payment options for online vegetable purchases: Cash on delivery (55.6%) and
digital wallets (55.6%) are the most often utilized payment methods for online
vegetable purchases, with no respondents preferring credit/debit card payments.

Delivery time expectations for online vegetable orders: All respondents (100%)
expect same-day or next-day delivery for their online vegetable orders, with no
preference for extended delivery timeframes.

Importance of a wide range of vegetable options: The majority of respondents


(88.9%) consider the availability of a wide range of vegetable options to be very
important (4 out of 5) in their online shopping experience, with 44.4% rating it as
important (3 out of 5).

The following are the key features or functionalities that respondents want in a
vegetable purchasing web application: easy navigation (22.2%), product reviews and
ratings (33.3%), and online payments (33.3%). Pre-order products (22.2%) and search
functionality (11.1%) are also cited as desired functionalities.

Suggestions included adding shopping list items to cart, incorporating loyalty and
rewards, discounts and special offers, adding live chat and calls for better
customer support, providing delivery scheduling and order tracking options, and
adding a wishlist feature for customers.

PASAL provides a large range of vegetable options: 55.6% of respondents said PASAL
provided a wide range of vegetable options to fulfill their needs (5 out of 9),
while 44.4% thought it provided limited possibilities (4 out of 9).

Adequate response to security issues during PASAL testing: 88.9% of respondents


believed their security concerns were adequately addressed (8 out of 9), whereas
11.1% did not (1 out of 9).

Technical issues or faults encountered when using PASAL: None of the respondents
experienced any technical issues or errors (0 out of 9).

Problems with the payment procedure when testing PASAL: None of the respondents had
any problems with the payment process (0 out of 9).

Reasonability and affordability of vegetable price on PASAL: 66.7% of respondents


judged the pricing and affordability of vegetables on PASAL to be reasonable (6 out
of 9), 22.2% found it moderately reasonable (2 out of 9), and 11.1% did not respond
(1 out of 9).

Responsiveness of PASAL's navigation and user interface service: 55.6% of


respondents rated PASAL's navigation and user interface as extremely responsive (5
out of 9), while 44.4% rated it responsive (4 out of 9).

Overall satisfaction with PASAL as a possible online vegetable purchasing platform:

Based on their own experiences, 66.7% of respondents said they were very likely to
recommend PASAL to others (6 out of 9), while 33.3% said they were likely to
