1. How did he come to know that it was a Murder?

ANSWER: The Investigator concluded that it was a Murder based on the
position of the cadaver. The coins he flips in every floor shows that the victim
did not jumped from the building the trajectory of the coins shows that the
victim did not match the location of his cadaver at the ground floor.

2. As an investigator list down the physical evidence that you would want to
discover. Indicate the place/s where you expect these pieces of evidence to
be found.
ANSWER: The CCT TV Camera installed at the building; The victims cell
phone possibly left in his room/ or place in his pocket; finger prints/foot prints
inside his room or in his door knobs;

3. Granting that the multi story building is a condominium equipped with

security cameras and guards. List down the persons you will interview to
gather information about the circumstances of death case.
ANSWER: The duty security guards during the time of incident; his neighbors
at the condominium; his relatives; his friends; the persons who call him before
the incident or the people whom he called before the incident; the person who
reported first the incident.

ANSWER: The mailman.

2. List down the physical evidence that can be found at the crime scene.
ANSWER: Latent prints at the crime scene; The victims cellular phone; CCTV
Camera installed at the victims house or along his neighbors particularly in
front of his house in order to know who are the persons who entered at the
victims house before the incident and who come out at his house after the
incident. The victims cadaver. The materials used in committing the crime.

3. From the available circumstance on what day did the Murder probably
happen?
ANSWER: In the morning of Monday
