proficiency by 23.5% by promoting strategic, culturally responsive instruction aimed at identifying and
adopting evidence-based instructional strategies

Decreased student suspensions by 50% by developing of a school behavior plan and establishing a framework
for taking an instructional, restorative approach to behavior management

Established a positive, collaborative culture with a 94% teacher retention rate by providing structures for the
development of effective professional learning communities, creating processes for teachers to assume
