Hello teacher, my name is Michelle Vasquez and my partner's is Gina Murillo

we are going to give a step-by-step homemade recipe for baked macaroni


and cheese

Ingredients:

 five hundred grams of macaroni

 two hundred fifty grams of cheese to gratin

 two cups of milk

 one tablespoon (soup) of wheat flour


 one tablespoon (soup) of butter

 Salt to taste

 Peppe

 Splash of oil

• Total time thirty minutes

• Elaboration fifteen minutes

• Cook fifteen minutes

Step-by-step:

1-Put plenty of water in a saucepan with water and a splash of oil to boil. As
soon as it starts to boil, add the macaroni and cook for about 10 to 15
minutes, as directed by the manufacturer.

2-When they are ready, take them out and let them drain well. Reserve them.
3- Now, we are going to prepare the bechamel sauce. To start, we melt the
butter and then we add other flour while stirring with a rod so that they mix
well.

4- Next, add the milk little by little, while stirring, to form a béchamel that is not
too thick.
5-Add salt and pepper, if you wish.

6- The next step is to mix the macaroni with the sauce and when they are well
impregnated, turn them into a baking dish.

7-Sprinkle all the cheese over the macaroni and let them gratin in the oven.

8-Take them out when the cheese is golden. Enjoy!
