Heraclitus, a Greek philosopher, is quoted as saying "change is the only constant in life.

" The
manifestation of change is the reason why I am here now. Am I here to bring change? Not
exactly I am just here, to simply be with you, to be witness and be part of your successes. This a
humongous non central school. I am honored to be with you and to allow me to guide you in
everything that you do particularly in the pedagogy of teaching and learning as well as in the
process of molding our young childrend to be a better member of the community and a
productive citizen in our country. Our VicePresident and Secretary of education has launched the
national consciousness which in anchored on the dictum “Bansang Makabata, Batang
Makabansa”, under MATATAG program. We are challenge to make a change right before us to
Make the curriculum relevant to produce job-ready, active and responsible citizens. We have to
Take steps to accelerate the delivery of basic education services and provision of facilities. We
must Take good care of learners by promoting learner well-being, inclusive education, and a
postive learning environment. We are challege to Give support to every co-teachers and help
each one to teach better.

Everybody wants to be happy in life. We all want to live a perfect life. We want that
great job or a successful in our respective fields of endeavor. We all want to have great kids. We
want to have friends that stick by us through thick and thin. We all desire to be able to have all
the material things life has to offer and have all our problems just disappear. Remember, as
teachers, we are meant, to facilitate to make all this happen. We are the vital instuments to
lead our students to trek on the right path as we at the same time struggles to conquer the
hurdles ahead in journeying the same path.
